I have been enjoying the sports card shows that have been happening the past few weeks. I ate at pizza at the food court, it was kinda pricey, but good nonetheless. The bathroom by the food court needs more ventilation, someone was very gaseous and the air was THICK. Nearly threw up my pizza, and dry heaved my way out. Was a gnarly experience. Anyway that’s my reason for the three stars otherwise is a great mall with cool architecture and lighting. Bring back the American Mall!

Honestly, Sunglass Hut is pretty much the only reason I even bother making the trip to the Asheville Mall these days!! Despite the mall and other stores, Every single time I walk in, the vibe is great and the staff is always super welcoming and genuinely kind. I have to give a massive shoutout to Zay, Liam and Josiah —those guys are absolutely killer at what they do and seriously know their stuff when it comes to the products. I’ve been coming to the Asheville Mall location by the food court for a good while now, and I can honestly say I haven’t had a single bad experience. They actually treat people right, stick to their word and policies, and always go out of their way to make sure I’m snagging the absolute best deal possible when I’m checking out. The guys never pressured me into adding it; I just grabbed it because the price totally made sense for the coverage. And man, am I glad I did! I had to go in recently to swap out a busted pair, and the whole process was ridiculously smooth. They fo

Great experiences at the Asheville mall. I loved the age throwing and mini games around the mall. The sandwiches at the food court was amazing! Great flavor and texture.

After immersing myself in all the rave reviews, my expectations soared, perhaps a bit too high. Unfortunately, my visit left me feeling rather underwhelmed. The stores, though numerous, lacked that special spark that would elevate this mall to greatness. The food choices were merely average, failing to tantalize my taste buds or offer anything memorable. As for customer service, it felt almost nonexistent, like a ghostly presence in the background. Eager for a delightful experience, I arrived during a quieter time, hoping to enjoy a leisurely outing. However, in most stores I ventured into, I was met with silence; employees didn’t acknowledge my presence until a good 10 minutes had passed. This mall isn’t a destination I would recommend, nor would I urge anyone to make a special trip while in Asheville. At least I can say that the outdoor areas provided a picturesque backdrop, with lovely scenery to enjoy amidst my disappointment.
